SUN Day at the Taos Public Library

Sun Day is a national day of action and celebration in support of solar energy, and a call to leave fossil fuels behind.  On Saturday Sept. 20, for children from 4 to 11 years old the Taos Public Library we will have solar-related experiments (e.g., solar micro-cars and solar balloons), readings of books about the sun, solar hat-making, and songs.  Children will go home with a solar micro-car.  The time is from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.
